Knowledge, Truth and Love

About Brian Hayes

Brian Hayes is a real estate expert with 15+ years of experience in the industry. He learned from some of the best agents in the world, and has mastered his craft. He has helped hundreds of people buy and sell their home in Gilbert, Chandler, Scottsdale, Phoenix and other Arizona cities, providing peace-of-mind for them throughout their journey. Brian strives to stay out of sight while keeping your needs front and center—you are most important to him!

You can trust that he will do all he can to help you find your perfect home or sell yours quickly with as little drama as possible.

Originally tech-focused, Brian founded a digital marketing company in the late ‘90’s that helped real estate agents market and sell homes quickly. Transitioning from tech founder to licensed agent in 2005, the experience of being a brand new agent during a rapidly inflating market, and then supporting a large team through the ensuing crash honed Brian’s skills and amplified his empathy with clients.

After spending over a decade operating as a core member of a high volume team that was known for moving clients through an assembly-line where a different agent handled each step of a transaction, Brian developed a strong sense that the most important thing in this business is client experience and the best way to do this is to provide each and every client with knowledge, truth, and love.

These days Brian spends his time working with a select group of clients - limiting it to just a handful at a time so that he can provide the highest level of service.

In addition to serving clients, he helps develop other agents and is regularly called upon to help them through their biggest challenges.
